Janice was originally licensed in 1983 in Thomaston Georgia where she sold land and residential properties, and she now plans to focus on St. Simons real esate .  She has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation which is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients.  She also holds the ASR designation (Accredited Seller Representative).

Janice has a background in education which really complements her real estate career. She has earned her BA Degree as well as a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. Janice was named Teacher of the Year in 1985, and Who’s Who Among American Teachers for 90, 92, and 94.
