For the past sixteen years, I’ve proficiently and honestly focused on helping people list and sell real estate. Of those sixteen years, six of them have been in the beautiful Golden Isles of Georgia. While in the Golden Isles, I have obtained the ABR and ASR designation.

Brad is a 2003 graduate from the University of Georgia’s Terry college of business. After graduation, he moved to St. Simons and started working for Sea Island Resorts. He got his first taste of real estate while working for Sea Island Properties, on Sea Island. After starting in an hourly pay, staff position as a real estate sales coordinator, Brad quickly proved himself a valuable team player and was promoted to Real Estate Sales Supervisor. Working alongside the wonderful agents at Sea Island Properties got him inspired to take on a career in real estate. He took his licensing course in St. Simons and took the test in September of 2008. He has been working full time as a licensed agent ever since and loves what he does. ‘Helping clients to buy and sell real estate in Glynn County is my passion.’

I have been in real estate since the summer of 1997. I grew up in a real estate family with my father owning his own real estate company during my entire childhood and still to this day. I began my career as a sales associate for John Hallman Realtors which was the first "discount real estate brokerage" in Georgia and maybe the South. I was a listing specialist where I had the opportunity to list over 700 different properties during that time. I also worked as a buyers representative where I not only built a client base but made lasting relationships that have remained to this day. In 2000 I helped create and form Chapman Hall Realtors. I have had the opportunity to assist or co-broker up to 300 agents at one time with Chapman Hall Realtors in Atlanta which has been named the #1 sales office in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2007 I was instrumental in the formation and sales of "Franchise" offices in the Atlanta area. We have since sold 6 locations in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. In early 2009 I formed Chapman Hall Realtors Coastal and opened up my own office on St Simons Island. Within months we were able to grow and obtain many successfull real estate agents that I am proud to have as a part of our team.
I have also enjoyed real estate investing and being a landlord. I bought my first investment property when I was 25 and have enjoyed buying and selling properties ever since. I have also just completed the National Association of Realtors' Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). If I could choose one word to describe myself it would be “passionate”. I am passionate about whatever I do and that includes real estate. Previously being in the financial services industry, I saw many examples of successful real estate investing which got me very excited about real estate early on.
