I have been in real estate since the summer of 1997. I grew up in a real estate family with my father owning his own real estate company during my entire childhood and still to this day. I began my career as a sales associate for John Hallman Realtors which was the first "discount real estate brokerage" in Georgia and maybe the South. I was a listing specialist where I had the opportunity to list over 600 different properties during that time. I also worked as a buyers representative where I not only built a client base but made lasting relationships that have remained to this day. In 2000 I helped create and form Chapman Hall Realtors. I have had the opportunity to assist or co-broker up to 300 agents at one time with Chapman Hall Realtors in Atlanta which has been named the #1 sales office in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2007 I was instrumental in the formation and sales of "Franchise" offices in the Atlanta area. We have since sold 6 locations in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. In early 2009 I formed Chapman Hall Realtors Coastal and opened up my own office on St Simons Island. Within months we were able to grow and obtain many successfull real estate agents that I am proud to have as a part of our team.
I have also enjoyed real estate investing and being a landlord. I bought my first investment property when I was 25 and have enjoyed buying and selling properties ever since. I have also just completed the National Association of Realtors' Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). If I could choose one word to describe myself it would be “passionate”. I am passionate about whatever I do and that includes real estate. Previously being in the financial services industry, I saw many examples of successful real estate investing which got me very excited about real estate early on. I enjoy working with first time home buyers who it seems really appreciate the help and direction I can provide. I also love working with those looking for investment property. I feel my financial industry background complements my real estate career to give you educated advice and guidance on real estate in our market. I am continually educating myself on the real estate market locally and nationwide. I pride myself on my professionalism and hard work ethic.
My husband and I love to spend time with our daughter and our pets. I am an avid animal lover and volunteer for many rescue organizations. On our days off we enjoy to lay by the beach or take a slow boat ride and enjoy the views of our wonderful coastline.
