New Associate Joins Chapman Hall Realtors Coastal

Melissa Hallman has decided to make Chapman Hall Coastal her home.  Melissa was previously licensed with our sister company Chapman Hall Realtors in Atlanta, GA.  Melissa has only been a full time resident of St. Simons for a short time but she is not new to the area. She really enjoys calling St. Simons her home and knows firsthand why owning real estate on St. Simons is so popular. 

Melissa comes from the Atlanta real estate market where she has learned all of the necessary skills needed to become and remain a top agent in any market. The Chapman Hall Realtors office that Melissa came from was recently ranked the number 2 office in Atlanta amongst all real estate offices!  She has a background in the financial services industry which is where she first became interested in real estate and real estate investing.  Her financial background complements her real estate career and allows her to give buyers and sellers quality service and guidance on real estate and some of the challenges it presents when one is looking at their entire investment portfolio.  

Melissa enjoys working with first time home buyers who it seems really appreciate the help and direction she can provide.  She also works well with those looking for investment property or a second home to provide them with much needed relaxation.  Melissa is passionate about what she does and enjoys providing her clients with sound advice. 

In her spare time she enjoys raising her young daughter with her husband John.  She also enjoys a day at the beach or taking a slow boat ride to enjoy the views of our wonderful coastline.
