Chapman Hall Realtors Coastal is pleased to announce that Brad Davis has decided to call Chapman Hall Coastal his new home.  Brad is originally from Statesboro Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2003. After graduation he moved to St Simons Island and began working for Sea Island Properties. After gaining experience and time under his belt he was so inspired that he decided to get his real estate license and has been a full time Realtor ever since. Brad works with buyers and sellers and says “Helping clients to buy and sell real estate in Glynn County is my passion.”

Brad has also decided to team up with Mike Banker and concentrate heavily on the increasing number of foreclosures that we’re seeing in this area. Brad and Mike are both hardworking and innovative and will make a great team. Brad will also be a great addition to the Chapman Hall Coastal team.
