Our parent company, Chapman Hall Realtors in Atlanta, was awarded the # 2 spot in Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Offices in gross residential sales volume. Chapman Hall Realtors was founded in Atlanta in 2000 by John Hallman III and myself with a goal of providing the most advantageous commission splits in the industry, all the while, offering unsurpassed broker support. They were also awarded the #9 company in the top 25 residential real estate companies and #7 in the top ten residential real estate organizations. All awards were given by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Chapman Hall Coastal has the same aspirations. We currently have 11 associates affiliated with our company and are constantly growing.
