Hello from Chapman Hall Realtors Coastal! My name is John Hallman IV and I am the Broker of Chapman Hall Realtors Coastal. We have just launched a new website and blogging platform through WordPress. I will be blogging frequently with information on new property listings, real deals in the real estate market, and informative articles to keep everyone up to speed with the overall real estate market in Coastal Georgia. Chapman Hall Realtors was formed in Atlanta in 2000 and I opened this office in St. Simons in early 2009 after years of wanting to make the move to Coastal Georgia.
